Our staff must meet the following basic standards:
Sequoia interviews extensively to determine intangible qualities such as friendliness, professionalism, courtesy, discretion, and integrity. Employees meeting all the criteria then go through a 15-20 hour in-house training program that fine-tunes their skills. To uphold our high standards, Sequoia administers a Quality Assurance program, which consists of a monthly client review of each client and consistent meetings with each employee. We also encourage all clients to fill out evaluations, and/or to contact the manager of the company directly with any comments or suggestions. Paul Sivesind, Owner & Administrator
