Our Care Attendants
Our staff must meet the following basic standards:
Sequoia interviews extensively to determine intangible qualities such as friendliness, professionalism, courtesy, discretion, and integrity. Employees meeting all the criteria then go through a 15-20 hour in-house training program that fine-tunes their skills. To uphold our high standards, Sequoia administers a Quality Assurance program, which consists of a monthly client review of each client and consistent meetings with each employee. We also encourage all clients to fill out evaluations, and/or to contact the manager of the company directly with any comments or suggestions. We would like to introduce you to our team: Andrew P. Rauch, Owner
Previously I worked as a professional lifeguard, an emergency medical technician, and a paramedic. Prior to starting Sequoia, I worked for the US Department of the Interior in a bacteriological laboratory. When I am not at work I spend as much time as possible with my bride, our three young sons, and our two big dogs. We enjoy being together, and being involved in outdoor activities. The boys especially love the beach. I am also an avid and experienced backpacker, love to sea kayak, and have enjoyed touring the West on my motorcycle. One of my most passionate past-times is gardening. Email Andrew at: owner@sihcare.com Paul Sivesind, Manager
