Job Description: Care Attendant
Sequoia In-Home Care Service is looking for quality oriented individuals to provide care to our elderly and disabled Clients. We are a small, high quality company providing service in North Seattle. Our high employment standards require caring and conscientious people to provide service, companionship and interaction for our Clients. Care Attendants may be on their feet for most of a shift. They must be able to work independently and organize their own schedules. Caregivers must have good communication skills, patience, flexibility, and be adaptive to the diverse needs and personalities of our clients. Schedule : 15 to 40 flexible daytime & evening hours per week Full-time benefit package includes: Vacation time, Sick leave and Medical insurance reimbursement. Paid training is provided. Sequoia is a non-smoking company.

The following pre-employment requirements must be met: *Sequoia In-Home Care Service will pay any fees associated with fulfilling the following requirements.
All new employees must become certified in the following during the first 45 days of employment: *Sequoia In-Home Care Service will reimburse employees for the cost of these classes
Prior to providing care for clients, all employees must complete a paid, in-house training program that details basic care giving principles, policy & procedures. All employees will be carefully evaluated for the first three months (appraisal period) of employment. Job Responsibilities:
